EL-VYN SECRET — Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return Contact us at elvynstore7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: innerwear, briefs, bodysuits, and any item marked as final sale. We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at elvynstore7@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

Damages & Defects If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no additional cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
